Riscure announces the availability of the latest release of Riscure Inspector software, Inspector 2018.3.

Riscure announces the availability of the latest release of Riscure Inspector software, Inspector 2018.3. This release premieres Python support for Fault Injection, significantly enhancing fine-tuning and automation of a testing process. It delivers updates for automation and adds two new features: FI Spotlight and Collision Correlation Module.

Inspector 2018.3 highlights:

FI Spotlight

A new feature that allows you to map the results of Fault Injection testing to a plot or a die. Enables better filtering of successful results on select areas of a chip and faster searching for a ‘sweet spot’.

New Inspector Fi Python functionality

Web-based interface to control your FI routines and speed up your testing process with better automation using flexible Python scripts.

Inspector FI Python currently supports EM Probe Station, Spider, EM-FI, and Picoscope hardware modules. Support for additional hardware will be added in the future releases.

In addition to that, we have added support for Tektronix 5000 and 7000 series oscilloscopes, introduced the new Pipeline module, significantly improved automation routines and made High Performance Analysis capability available to Premium subscription customers. Inspector 2018.3 is now available to all customers with an active subscription.
