Riscure classroom training goes online:

Join our experts to learn Secure Coding development from the comfort of your home.

One of our best classroom training will be hosted online in July, as a three-day interactive program. In a virtual setting join our expert instructor, Dana Geist, and learn about the pitfalls of secure coding. The Secure Code Development Bootcamp program enables developers to find vulnerabilities in their code by covering the what, why, and how of code auditing. However the main benefit of this training is your interaction with the trainer and feedback on your progress in real-time, which is possible with a redesigned schedule that fits the virtual setting.

Who is your trainer?

Dana Geist is a Senior Security Analyst working at Riscure since 2016. She received a Master’s degree in System and Network Engineering at the University of Amsterdam (UvA) in the Netherlands. As a Senior Security Analyst she performs source code review projects and evaluations of TEE solutions for the content protection market. Additionally, she is involved in Fault Injection projects and testing of embedded systems.

What is this training about?

Secure Code Development Bootcamp is a three-day training program. We show why compliance with code standards (e.g. MISRA-C) is not equivalent to secure code development and how compliant code can still have vulnerabilities. Further, practical mitigations which, combined with the prevention, reduce the impact of software errors are discussed. We believe that creating a secure code should go beyond a simple hunt for bugs. Attendees will also be given assignments to complete on their own, which will then be discussed the next day of the training.

Who is this training for?

This classroom training is the most beneficial for code auditors, software security architects, software developers, and system designers involved in designing, development, and maintenance of software assets.  As we want to pay as much attention to our trainees as possible, the classroom is limited to 10 people. So don’t miss your opportunity to boost your expertise in code development!
