Furthermore, Riscure is a leading vendor of security training and test tools, such as Inspector, TCAT and JCworkBench. Riscure offers its services and products through a renowned team of technical professionals from offices in Delft, the Netherlands, San Francisco, USA and Shanghai, China.

In this challenging new position, you will be involved in all commercial aspects of offering and further developing our Services portfolio in the Media and Entertainment industry. After becoming closely acquainted with our services, skills and company philosophy, you will be self-driven to deliver your business performance targets. The responsibilities of this role include communicating with prospects and customers, gaining understanding of their requirements and translating their inquiries into attractive offers based on our services portfolio. You will grow relationships with our international customers in media and entertainment markets, like content providers, service providers, solution providers and OEMs. Through those strong relationships you will drive the company result in the Media and Entertainment market. You will identify opportunities and devise effective entry strategies for new clients and market segments. You will contribute to industry events and public relations materials, including the website, sales and marketing presentations, white papers, brochures and other collaterals as needed. Alongside other colleagues you will put in place the right sales activities to differentiate our solutions. You will report to the VP of Global Services Sales. The location for this position is in our headquarters in Delft, The Netherlands.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate is a sharp, ambitious and enthusiastic professional with a technical academic degree, a passion for media and entertainment, in particular the security side of the industry, and a strong commercial drive. You have proven that you can convert market interest into commercial results, particularly in consultative selling. You feel at home in a growing and dynamic company and can bring technical security concepts into the limelight with enthusiasm. You have a good feel for content, know how to create an appealing story line, and thrive in an innovation-rich environment. You have international experience and you are a natural networker. You will excel at and enjoy representing Riscure in the right places and situations within the industry.

Other requirements:

  • University/higher professional education degree (technical)
  • Strong affinity with information security and media and entertainment technology, especially TV network operators
  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable sales, business development or project management position in media and entertainment industry
  • Strategic mind-set and ability to also work analytically
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Self-driven and result-oriented
  • Team-player
  • Creative and open to criticism and improvement
