In this challenging new position at our office in Delft, you will be involved in all commercial aspects of our Products unit. After spending time becoming closely acquainted with our proposition, skills and company philosophy, you will carry out your tasks independently. During the sales process, you maintain good contact with our international customers and focus on driving sales for our growing product and service portfolio with the established customer base. Listening to customers, bringing new offerings under their attention and translating their needs into exciting proposals distinguish you as an excellent Sales manager. You identify opportunities and contribute to devising an intelligent entry strategy for new markets, especially for the following regions:
- APAC – Asia Pacific excl. China since we have an office there
- MEA – Middle-East and Africa
You contribute to industry events and public relations materials. You maintain a strong relationship with the existing resellers in your region. Together with your SDR, you determine which marketing and communications activities make the difference. You report to the Vice President Sales Products.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic professional with a technical degree, a passion for technology, and with a strong commercial drive. You have proven that you can convert market demands into commercial results. You feel at home in a growing company and can bring technical security concepts into the limelight with enthusiasm. You have a good feel for content and enjoy working in an innovation-rich environment. You should also be a born networker and organizer who knows how to represent Riscure in the right places and situations within the industry.
- University/higher professional technical education degree is a must
- Preferably in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or Applied Physics or Applied Mathematics or Aerospace Engineering.
- Strong affinity with technology tools and devices.
- At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position e.g. product management or (international) sales of tools.
- Drive to sell products.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Willingness to relocate to The Netherlands if applicable.
- Independent and result-oriented.
- Self-critical and creative.
