Service contract
With an Inspector Service Contract, we keep you and the test tool up-to-date in this fast moving field. Many new papers get published every year, new encryption algorithms become popular. Through Riscure, you stay up-to-date on these developments via regular software updates that implement new techniques and the annual Inspector User Workshop.
The service contract includes:
- Access to a dedicated technical support desk.
- Addition of new methods (e.g. signal processing and analysis modules) to the Inspector software to stay up-to-date on side channel analysis.
- Addition of new features such as user documentation, usability and interfacing options.
- Twice a year, an update of the Inspector software core is released with new features, bug fixes and documentation. Updates of user-programmable hardware components and drivers.
- Repairs of hardware off-site.
- Attend the annual Inspector User Workshop.
We spend a significant amount of time each year to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the academic field. Further, we research several new side channel methods ourselves each year. These new developments and methods are included in new releases of the Inspector software.
