The most significant changes and new features of Inspector 4.1 SCA are:

• A new communication interface with SASEBO boards for performing side channel acquisition for the FPGA-based SASEBO demo boards. SASEBO boards have become the FPGA platform of choice for benchmarking side channel test methods.
• New additions to the AES DPA function module which now enables testing an AES implementation using several sophisticated statistical analysis methods.
• New analysis method for AES implementations of which the key is known to the evaluator. The user can determine data leakage of intermediate AES results using a known key.
• A new DPA test method for implementations of the SEED algorithm.
• A new template analysis test method for DES implementations.
