The most significant changes and new features of Inspector 4.1 FI are:

• Inspector FI now supports the new Diode Laser Station (DLS) for optical fault injection. New software functions include camera integration, sophisticated navigation features for the TOE, several new perturbation parameters and 3-dimensional hotspot representation. 
• New module for differential fault analysis of an AES implementation by analysing fault-injected outputs.
• A multi-glitching demonstration module to perform a perturbation attack on a double checked PIN implementation on one of the training cards. This training card is delivered with the Diode Laser Station.
