Mark Witteman and Harko Robroch spoke at the advanced technical track of the RSA Conference on secure application programming in the presence of side channel attacks (Session RR-203).

After a successful training in Las Vegas, for the first time, Riscure lectures architects and developers at BlackHat Trainings Amsterdam on implementing defenses against side channel attacks. We had students attending from a large European Telecom Operator, a government agency and an independent security consultancy.

Further, Job de Haas spoke on Wednesday March 27th between 11.30-12:45 on side channel threats to embedded technology.

Marc Witteman presented a case of Radio Frequency Analysis (RFA) on a contactless card at the Cartes Conference in Paris.

Riscure exhibited at Cartes 2006 in Paris. With a passport reader, visitors could investigate the security of their own electronic passport. Further, in the booth, Riscure demonstrated techniques to test the strength of biometric fingerprint access control systems.
